Engineer booked but flight delayed. How do I contact from abroad?

Flight was cancelled and stuck away overnight. TV engineer due and I'm receiving updates about their eta but no way to contact them. With Openreach I had text messsges and could speak to the engineer. I gave an 03 number but no idea his that works with roaming, no reschedule option.

@MikeW52  If theye are due today it's too late to cancel the appointment in any case as Sky need a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel a scheduled appoinment.   There will be a £25 fee for  the missed appointment.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
