Engineer and part failed to turn up.
9/12/24 booked part and engineer failed to arrive, rebooted for 11/12/24, again failed to arrive. Yesterday 18/12/24 I received a text from you. " Part failed to deliver, contact us within 5 days or order will be cancelled." Thank you.
