Sky q and free to air from the one satellite
Hi.
I've had sky q in one room and free to air in another room working off the same satellite.
The free to air is no longer getting satellite signal. The sky q is working fine.
I've check connections, all the usual stuff.
Anyone any ideas why the free to air has dropped signal?
Thanks

hi @Liam80
Assuming it was working (& not just a new Q install) then there should be no reason why one set of outputs would stop.
Thngs to check are all connections again - is it possible the cable(s) has(have) been caught - in which case check theat the centralcore cable has not snapped off & that none of the fine strands of sheathing copper are in contact with that core wire.
After that you probably need to check the connections at the dish to ensure no water ingress etc.
