Ending my sky Q contract

I tried to end my sky contract but tied in till Dec 2026 so reduced my package but now they want my sky box back or they will charge me but am in contract till December. How do I contact them without calling?

Unfortunately there's only phoning as you'd need to pass DPA.
I can see if anything can be done via the community. Look out for a chat bubble once you receive an invite to chat.

You're welcome. Hopefully you're in contact with support now & the problem is fixed.
