EE Wi-Fi and sky q issues

I have changed broadband providers from sky to EE.

Every day i keep getting issues on my sky q box about not being able to connect to the internet but every other device in the house is connected ok.

I have upgraded my sky q box as advised and it still keeps disconnecting. Didn't have this issue when I was paying for broadband with sky.

any advice?
