Dropping Network Connection

When watching Apps - my Sky Q box can drop the Sky WiFi connection every five minutes or so. While at the same time, in the same room and on the same WiFi connection, I can watch the same Apps on my iPad or Fire TV with no issues. I've tried the disconnect/reconnect router, QBox stuff and the issue remains.   Internet is also ok on phones and PC. Starting to get extremely frustrated with Sky and will most likely leave if the issue cant be resolved

Do you mean ethernet cable?  My broadband is connected to sky box withban ethernet cable

?? You said it was dropping the wifi connection?
