Mini box won’t connect to sky q box

My multi room subscription expired but i had already taken out a new multiroom subscription, now my mini box can't connect to the main sky q box, in settings on the main box,  sky go and watch on sky q mini box have crosses against them but they won't let me reinstate them

@chester1,0 You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet 

Failing that you may need to contact Sky again

Thank you, has not made any difference, rang Sky they said multiroom is active but this looks suspicious as stopped working on the day the original multiroom subscription expired
