Downloading on sky q

Today my sky q has stopped downloading. Will record and play fine. When trying to download only reaches 1%. Have rebooted. Reset. Etc.

Try clearing the download queue completely including from the deleted section of Manage then trying again.

Yes tried that. Still no luck.

@Scoony 

Try rebooting your broadband then rebooting your Sky Q box…

~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

Allow 5-10 minutes before things hopefully revert back to normal.
