Downloading on Sky Q box

I am thinking of upgrading to a sky q box from sky hd+. The literature is clear that you can download content from on demand to the sky q box (as with the sky hd+ box). But can you download content from the apps such as Netflix and Disney+ to a sky q box or do you have to stream this content?

Just stream for the apps. 

BTW You may, also, wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q

@lesley2957 please do ask us as not trying to sound big headed or anything but the collective knowledge of people on this forum is more than what one advisor will know as they have to know bits about all Sky services.

So we can probably answer anything you need to know about Sky Q
