Download failure Q box.

Not able to download, coming up failed no subscription. Have done the required software update but it's reloaded the same version, when l think it needs Q270. 000.10.09PL instead of current loaded version Q280. 000.08.00L. How do l get to upload the right version?

Q28 is newer than Q27 - you cannot go backwards.

Your box is up to date, the other later software you mention is on a monthly rollout to customers, so you may not have the ability to download it yet.

 

Have a read of the restart box and then hard drive reset option sections as described in this Sky Help article;

Are you downloading HD when you don't have the HD addon?

Cheers Have updated software in settings and done a reset still unable to download so will need to ring sky do do a scan analysis l guess. Thanks for your responses anyway
