Download fail / no subscription

I keep getting the download failed message on everything, so frustrating.  Been trying all day to watch something on Sky Crime.  I have updated software, deleted recorded attempts from the deleted section and rebooted my box several times.  Can anyone help?

im getting frustrated at how many times this happens with Sky!

I'm having the same issue.  Could it be connected to the face that even when I want to watch anything on sky crime it asks for a pin?
