Don't have a Q Mini Box to return

Hi, I recently cancelled my Sky TV service and have been sent the packaging in which return my equipment. 

 

Sky have requested the return of my Sky Q 1 TB Box (which I do have) but also a Sky Q Mini Box? I never received this peice of equipment and it has never been installed by a Sky engineer.

 

I'm concerned that I'm going to be fined for not returning the Mini Box even though I don't actually have one.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
