Sky Q Box (Ireland) - no watch from the start option on any channels

I got a Sky Q box when I signed up for the Sky 50 deal back at the end of July of this year, can anyone tell me why I don't have an option to watch from the start on any of the channels that I have (came with the signage package as part of the deal).

I've tried asking a sky rep on WhatsApp but they don't seem to have any idea what I'm asking them which is frustrating.

I'd be shocking if the Sky Q box does not have this function, I moved from Virgin and the 360 box which has this on nearly every channel.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I am not familiar with the  SKY 50 deal but I presume you mean SKY Signature.

I am not fully sure which channels you get in the Ireland but many SKY Channels and the UKTV Channels (Drama/Gold/Alibi) should give the option to watch from start but this is only for programmes that are also available for download from Catch/up or On demand

BBC channels (if you get them) are different that they prompt for iPlayer - but again I am not sure if that is available in Ireland 

the Watch from start banner should show when switching to a programme where the download is vailable but it does only pop up for Several seconds

So I don't get any banner/pop-up with the option to watch from the start on any of the channels in my signature package.

I'll have to log the issue with Sky, can only assume it's a software issue with my box or something along those lines.

Yes @Aido39 I think you will need to raise it - not sure if it is a bx or an account issue.

I have not come accross this before
