Does Sky engineer carry loft door key

We are having Sky installed in our flat. They will need access to the loft, do they carry a universal key to gain access?

Do you mean your loft, or if on a communal system do you mean the area where the communal set up is situated? If so you need to arrange access via your landlord / management company.
