No. You can just have a single main Sky Q box.

That all depends of whether you are being offered a special deal with a discount. You need to compare the prices with or without the Multiscreen subscription over the contract period. Sometimes it is cheaper with the Mini box. Obviously, you can revert to a Main box only after the contact is finished. Note the Multiscreen subscription covers more than just viewing on a Mini.
