Disvery plus app..cant sign in

Added discovery plus free version today and had a confirmation email from market place..

Cant sign in as either my email or password is incorrect . Reset password email not received.

Contacted disovery helpline who said my email was not on their system.

I dont know what to do next as they quickly terminated the chat before i could reply

Anyone else had this issue?
