Distorted sound on amazon prime after adverts

As per the title,every time there is an ad break when watching something on prime,the sound suddenly becomes all garbled as soon as the ad starts and when the ads stop and the program returns,the sound is still all distorted,it sounds like daleks have taken over the tv 😂

The only way to get the sound back to normal is to either stop the program and back out of it and then restart it or to fast forward/rewind the program then it seems to sort itself out.

Anyone else has this issue/knows how to fix it?

It only has started in the last couple of weeks or so that ive noticed and nothing has changed on my end regarding setup/tv etc

We are also having this issue all of sudden.

@BW_310  I rebooted my sky q box to see if it made any difference and i left it a couple of days to try and the issue was still there so i rebooted it again and also rebooted the router and when i watched something yesterday,the problem had gone.

Whether this is coincidence or not remains to be seen,or if its because the problem is sporadic i dont know,but up to now it has gone away.

I will have to keep watching and see if it happens again.

My started about 2 weeks ago and my sound is jumping though mid sentence and I have un plug main box to sort it out and happens on live TV and recordings
