Paramount plus

I am trying to watch something on paramount plus. When I login it takes ages to load and then takes me to the subscription page. It says I have the basic subscription included at no extra cost with sky cinema. I can't actually watch anything 

 it just stays on this screen

Have you activated? Try the mysky app as ultimately you may need to 'sign up' been a while since I did it so can't remember too muc
