Distorted sound and vision on tv channels. No problems when streaming using apps

@AllyC Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

When you say a distorted picture, do you mean pixelated? That's usually a dish issue on Sky Q or HD+

 

You'd need to contact Sky for that or a local guy who can check the dish.
