Sky F1 red button requires an upgrade

Sky Q & F1 subscription- when watching live race pressing red button I get a message that I need an upgrade to use this feature?  This used to work correctly.

Hi @Ihrees   It probably needs Sky Sports+. Do you have a Complete SkySports with Sky Sports+ subscription?

I do not have full Sky sports package.
