Disney plus
Hi. I received an email to say i would receive Disney plus for free with my current package (although my monthly tariff will go up by £2 a month due to other free apps being included). I've tried to activate the Disney plus app but it wants to charge me a reduced rate of £4 a month so I'm confused. And of course, I can't get through to Sky! Has anyone else had this? Thanks

hi @Tracy204
The Subscriiption increase of £2 is totally independent of the inclusion of the HBO, Disney+ etc apps
Regarding the £4 charge:
If you previously had a subscription for Disney+ then the transfer process transfers you at your previous 'Tier' and will get charged £4 for the upgrade to Standard - No ads, (or £9 if you have/had Premium)
You can reduce it back to the Basic with ads tier via SKY Marketplace if you wish
