Disney plus

Why is my Disney plus buffering like crazy?Its infuriating, play 2-3 seconds then buffers!  Have full signal on rooter in the same room at tv (like it has been always)

This better not be a way Sky is pushing to go wired fibre & charge double the price as offered in my statement email. Not happy

As this isn't on Sky Go where you had posted on here, what TV service do you have, Sky Q, Glass or Sream ?

@caesarome We have Sky Q with a glass TV. Glass was horrible but was able to keep the tv and go back to sky Q. 
I was able to watch on my mini box upstairs with no issues.
