Sky Q box keeps going “off” but still on

sometimes when I turn the sky box on, it loads up perfect then the screen fades. It's still on and I can see the picture on the tv really faint, it's mostly black and the sound still plays. It only happens with the sky box. I have to turn it off by the mains and then turn it back on and its fine. Does anyone know why and/or have any solutions? Thanks
