Disney plus free with Sky

It is probably my fault.  I set up the free Disney plus on my iPad using a different address and a new password.  Seemed ok.  The account said it was free.  I logged out of the iPad to go on the TV.  However I logged into the Disney app on my TV and followed the instructions but could not get into the channel.  Do I need to change my email address for Disney to my Sky account on the Sky website?   Not sure how to do this.    The Sky website says I am set up.... and that I have free Disney with ads.

I did ring Sky and they said there was a fault with Disney and they did try to help.  I have had no trouble with HBO.

I have managed to use your link for Disney no problem.  However, for HBO when you click it there is no option to register with them.

Please advise.
