Disney+ Error Code 1026: - AUTH_SERVICE_INT_FAILURE

When I try to launch Disney+ I just keep getting error code 1026 (using Sky Q). 
software up to date 

refreshed apps

reset settings

power cycled main box and router

asked Disney+ help

still nothing. 
it works on all other devices but will not start on Sky. 
Anyone else having similar issues?

Yes. (Need to check if error number matches) Not figured out a solution yet and reverted to Disney+ app on the TV.

Disney plus errror code

I cannot open Disney plus via apps on my Sky q box. Have got an error code 1026. Have reset, refreshed apps and reset broadband but still no luck.

We've just had this, tried updating app, upgrading sky q etc but nothing worked.

 

went in instant chat with Disney. You have to put up with rigmarole of them asking to delete app etc. But just get them to refresh your IP address on their system. They did this for us and we stopped getting the 1026 error.

Disney+ on Sky Q - Error 1026

Hello All

 

More of a FYI than a complaint 

 

Been having an Error 1026 on Disney+ app for last week - I have factory reset box, updated software (mine is showing Q270.000.08) but sitll the same

 

Just contacted Disney+ themselves (as recommended by Sky) and this is seemingly a known issue at the moment and they are actively working on it - their chat person i got was very helpful.

 

My problem wasnt solved tonight but added my name ot the growing list of people with the same error.

Have had exactly same issue last 6 weeks contacted Disney + and said to contact Sky ' given up in the end and cancelled subscription. 

if both Sky and Disney can't fix the issue and decide to pass you around it's a joke really . Shame as was a great app .

Disney+ won't load

Disney + app fails to initialise. Get error code 1026. Anyone seen this before. Happens from SkyQ box and mini boxes.

An invite was sent but there was no response within 48 hours so it has automatically closed.

hello i have the same problem it wont load error 1026.. i was advised to hold ok over the disney app untill it shakes and the option to delete the app and download again would be offerd but dose not work
