Disney+ linking issues
Disney+ saying my sky is linked But everytime
I try to sign up and login it takes me to the page to select a plan and then is asking me for payment to subscribe but keeps telling me my sky is already linked.
I can't even remember ever signing up through sky for Disney+ so not sure how it's even been linked, I've now created an account but still isn't working as wanting me to pay for a subscription and on my account is saying I don't have any active subscriptions

Re: Disney+ linking issues
I have exactly the same issue.
Sky says I've already linked Sky and Disney+ accounts, but when I sign into Disney+ using the correct matching email address, there is no Sky subscription attached to the account.
I’ve already spoken to both Sky and Disney, have my 16-digit Partner Customer ID, and Disney has referred me back to Sky as they cannot fix the Sky entitlement.
Could a Sky employee please escalate this to the Community Messaging team as was done for the original poster? I really need to deal with this in writing rather than going through telephone support again.
I am currently having to pay separately for Disney+ despite it being included with Sky, because my autistic daughter uses it daily as part of her regulation routine.
