Disney is not working

We have lost access to Disney. None of your phone numbers work. If this issue is not resolved imminently, I will be cancelling my sky package (within the 14 day cooling off period) and also breach of contract. 

 
I will be looking at other service providers tomorrow. I hope you sort your lack of service out before you lose even more customers

This was not a rant, it was a statement of fact. Recently we have had significant issues with sky services. Previously, you could call and have the issues resolved in record time and we were happy to pay a premium price for a premium service. Over the last 2 years it has become a premium price for a regular product, most of which we could stream for free and maybe that's what we should do
