Sky+ customers don't get access to Disney+ unfortunately.

hi @Denise751
What is it asking for ?
If you already have a subscription, the transfer process will keep you on the tier that your existing subscription is on
If you have the basic with ads then there is no charge,
For the Standard no ads it is £4 (instead of the £9.99 direct)
Fro Premium it is £9 (instead of the £14.99)

We got fed up trying to pay the £9 difference to upgrade so have just kept the free version! Awful experience.

Am trying to activate this on my TV. I have a Q box with Sky Signature package, So Disney Plus is included. But when i try to activate it, It asks for a card payment and I can't get past that. What do I do? Or is there a bug?

hi @WSkyHelp
Do you have/did you have a subscription with Disney+ above the Basic with ads tier (e.g. standard no ads or premium) ?
If so the process transfers you at that level and request the upgrade fee (£4 for Standard & £9 for premium) - you can reduce tier once transferred (although it won't come into effect until the next month)

I used to use Disney so my accounts were linked, I called Sky 4 weeks ago, and they said they would look into the issue as I am in loop doom where Sky says I'm linked and Disney just want me to re activate my old account... I was told they would phone me back in 24 hours, it's currently 4 weeks. Shocking service

Re: e: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
We don't get this. It just shows us our subscription and asks us to confirm for £4 no other option. Plus we can't actually get the subscription on our TV as it just takes us to page and asks us to pay £4

hi @09871234
As per my reply above:

So we still have to pay the £4? Albeit for only one month?

hi @09871234
I don't think there is any means to immediately downgrade - most customers do prefer to keep their current tier - after all it is reduced by the £5.99 that the basic with ads tier costs for when paying direct to Disney

I'm unable to log in though. It just takes me to an upgrade page. I can't access the basic subscription even though we should be able to with paying our Sky subscription. And I don't want to have to pay more, they already get a fortune from us!

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
I've just had to call Sky to get 2 x mths' worth of payments to Disney refunded. This whole 'free' integration has been a total mess! I hope the marketing director has been fired as a result
