Disney crashing

Disney + keeps crashing. It was fine up until 3 weeks ago and nothing about my set up has changed. I have:

Reset the box

Refreshed the apps

Reset the router

Tried Judder setting on and off

I would now like a technian to contact me to sort this out as I'm paying for a service I'm not getting.
