Disney+ content I'm watching stops working.

Was while watching a film, The Incredibles, ran for 5-10 then did it, restarted and the film ran for a couple mins then did it, started app again and it did it again within a minute of the film playing.

 

yesterday it did it during a film but only once

Have this issue also but seams to be only on my wife and childerns profiles now, seams to be ok on the main profile IE mine

have also tried the app refresh but this has not resolved the issue.

 

my wife will login to her profile on disney + or my sons and they have been trying to watch Muppets Xmas carol but after about 10mins in the screen just goes black and you press the home button and it takes you back to the sky screen.

I am able to get into Disney + and start a programme, but after  about 30 minutes I get the black screen. I have to come out completely and go back in to continue watching the programme.

It Tracker season 2 episode 2 and 3 it happened. Although has happened in the past. Will note when re occurs

 

It was about 30 minutes into the show.

 

I have the standard Dusney +.

 

My Sky q hardware is 32B212

Got about a quarter of the way through the Beatles '64 documentary on Disney+ when the screen went black. Had to come right out of the app and back on again to continue watching. Got through the rest of the programme without a problem.

I have the same problem using the Disney+ app on sky q.  Playing episodes of Jessica Jones everything seems ok and then after a while the screen just goes black.  When this occurs the tv is fully responsive and I can switch input and watch regular tv or lg inbuilt programs. I switch back to the sky input and black screen still there. I need to go back to the sky home menu and re enter Disney+ to clear this.  I tried program refresh and sky box power down and still a problem.  I also switched off UHD and still occurs.


If I use the Disney+ app on my Lg tv the problem does NOT occur, so this is clearly a problem with the Disney+ app on sky.

Had the problem again today, this time with Criminal Minds.  Watched about 1 and a half episodes and the screen went black, so not fixed by any Disney+ updates.
