Is this on a Q multiroom puck? It seems to be a bit of a problem for some at least. Is it your Sky ID you should be using? You don't have a different email/password perhaps on the main box?

Not multi room.  When we had discovery+ for the TNT red button I could watch this on a second tv by adding the app. HBO Max has now taken over from Discovery + but I cannot seem to sign in on a second Tv. Disney+ has been added too, hence asking the question about both of them

Hi @Roz+Pasquill   You don't sign in with your Sky ID, you sign in to Disney+ with your Disney+ user name and password and into HBO Max with your HBO Max user name and password. Note it is easier to log on several TVs using the QR codes and a camera device.

You would be able to watch on another device using the login details (which should have been your Sky login details )you used to activate HBOmax on your Sky Q box and thesame applies to Disney.
