Disney+ activate

Have signed up for disneyplus but when I scan qr code to activate not working

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

I gave up and when tried an hour or so later it randomly worked.

My other problems came when trying to cancel a few months ago. Although its provided through  Sky it was billed by Disney so I tried to cancel through Disney App but kept going round in a loop. There was a different route to take "if billed by a third parrty" but I wasn't billed by Sky so kept trying. Money would go through and I'd abandon it till it would happen again.

Eventually 2 weeks ago I had an online chat with Disney who told me to go Sky. I tried on my account but no way to do it then could only find a phone number for subscription. Eventually I went on the app on TV and cancelled but that was the day of the new subscription starting so another £8.99 gone and time I won't get back.

A long winded message but hopefully will help someone else in the future.
