Disney Plus

I have Sky Q and have just changed to Sky Hub Max full fibre broadband 500mbps. 

When using Disney Plus via Sky Q, using HDR 4k content, like we have always done, it keeps stuttering, stop/start then the screen goes black and is unresponsive. 

the only thing to do is to press the sky home button. 

This is happening constantly. 

I have tried doing the App refresh and it hasn't helped. 

I went to settings and pressed for the software update too. 

nothing is working and when I do health checks it says sky max hub and sky q are all working fine. 

it is a wired connection from the router via CAT 7 Ethernet cable, across the loft space and into a switch where it then goes direct in to the sky q box. 

Sky Q and all other apps are working fine, just Disney Plus. 

At my wits end with it.

Do Sky come on here and help to provide solutions to these issues?
