Disney/Netflix

Hi all,

I’ve accidentally activated my Disney+ and Netflix subscriptions using a different email address from the one linked to my Sky account, and I can’t work out how to change it.

I contacted Customer Services, and they advised me to sign out of Disney+ and Netflix and then sign back in using my Sky account email address. However, this doesn’t work because I receive a message saying that my Disney+/Netflix account is already registered to a different email address.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows how I can change the email address linked to these subscriptions?

Current setup:

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

@Adsky1 Why not change your 'email1' address in use for Sky to the 'email2' address you used for Netflix and Disney+?

Have actully activated Disney + on Sky to get the free tier? If so that should still work. When I  activated Disney+ though Sky I used a different email address to my Sky account and it works perfectly I have the free tier linked to my Sky package. As far as Netflix goes if you got Sky Q you are not actually getting it free but pay £5.50 on ultimate tv pack on you normal Sky tv subscription. Therefore I don't think  email 2 should not actuly be linked to Sky account. So try logging out of Netflix app on your Sky box and log in with your skyID and it should give you Netflix you might have use the QR code to do so.  If I am wrong and you have linked email 2 to your Sky account and you can view Netflix on you Sky box o.k. However to confirm that email login is actually linked to Sky go to Netflix web site and login with email  2 and go to you account it should say "payment though Sky."
