Hi guys,
As above. Apart from a few snags when Disney became part of our package, with sign-ins from my current sub (also free, with my bank), everything has been golden. Now when I try and load up the app on my Q box, I get:
"We are having a problem." - Error 73.
Location/VPN problem potentially we haven't gone anywhere and we don't have a VPN.
We've tried powering down Sky but it hasn't made a difference.
Thoughts?

Spoke to my ISP, they advised a call to Disney+. Spoke to Disney+ and yeah, it was them - my IP address had been blocked after a recent power outage.

Re: Disney+ Issue Error 73
I think I've narrowed it down to an IP issue with with ISP. Or DSN maybe? I use Google's. Would blocking them restrict some services?
As soon as I use a VPN Disney is back. I've got a ticket in with my ISP.
