Dish realigned
My dish has been knocked due to building work, checked and can see its moved slightly. Enough to cause some channels to be not working. how do I book an engineer to realign? Tried all the online help steps and there seems to be no option to book. Can you only do this by calling? Thanks

Check the troubleshooting on this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer. If it doesn’t you’ll need to call to book an engineer appointment.
YourSky Q box requires a periodic 'Keep alive' signal that is delivered via the satellite so if that isn’t received the box will eventually close down until the satellite signal is restored.
