Discovery +

I've spent hours on the phone trying to get this fixed 😡

Sky blame Discovery + and they blame Sky! 
when I access discovery+ via either my mobile or the skyQ box I cant watch anything. I get a message stating "Upgrade to watch...............sorry this content isnt available with your current pass from your affiliate provider......"

I've followed all the help guides but no joy.
