F1 Onboard. how do I watch it

How do I setup to watch "on boards" during the race

I'm using Sky sports app on ipad.  They are delayed from the live action though.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

That may be to allow for bad language to be removed.
