Discovery +

I had discovery + for a number of yrs but after trouble with not been able to watch football on the app  I contacted discovery who cancelled discovery for me but a month ago i had a another problem which was sorted but the sky advisor asked if I had anything else I said about discovery + and he went through with things with me to try and reactivate it but nothing happened do he said I sent a email to Sky back office team for them to reactivate discovery + for you and he got in touch two days later to say he heard nothing and since then no one been in touch with me. 
I send a email to Sky customer service about a month ago but so far no one got back to me. 
I tried resetting password and and the QR code as well as the code number on screen but nothing. 
Any help be appreciated.
