Connectivity issues -mini sky box

Error MR104. Msg appears saying 'there has been a problem finding your Sky Q box on the network'. I have followed all the instructions out there to trouble shoot this but to no avail. Why does this issue happen so often  when we are paying premium prices to be connected? It's so frustrating. I've noticed I'm not the only one who keeps encountering this issue.
