why can't I access Discovery + despite is being free with Sky Q, I am being asked to upgrade my pass.

Thanks, I have tried this but when I get to Browse shop, Discovery plus is not an option

It's not Browse Shop @Eileen50 .

It's Sky Marketplace in the link I posted

Checking in the link it does say browse Shop yes @Eileen50 .
