I have sky Q which includes discovery plus which up until today has worked fine.
Now I'm being asked to upgrade my pass, can't seem to find a way to do that.
I've activated account, I can't sign up again as it's already linked to my sky account.
Sky help sends me round in neverending circles of not helping!
What am supposed to do to enable discovery plus again?

Update:
Person at sky couldn't help me, I'm at my wit's end.
How on earth do I unlink discovery plus from sky Q?
I want to login with a different email address and it won't let me, just tells me the account is already linked but I still being asked to upgrade my pass.

No I didn't, I'm so annoyed about it.
