Sky box is connected to WiFi but says no network but it is working on other devices

I turned the sky box off at the mains accidentally and it took absolutely ages to come back on. When it did all recordings had gone. It won't connect to Internet now at all. Sky box is connected to WiFi but says no network but it is working on other devices. We've also tried connecting it via a cable, but still having no luck?

You have to do a full network reset if you change to ethernet.

The fact the recordings disappeared suggests maybe a serious problem.

@Chris419 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box again  ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
