My apps on my sky say I'm already subscribed to discovery plus free of charge. I've paired etc using the code I get into discovery plus which says I have an account but no subscription so I can't watch anything. Been in the phone to discovery plus they can't help take it up with sky. After an hour on the phone to sky trying everything all she could say was delete it off my package on account & try again after another 20mins telling her there's nowhere for me to delete I gave up banging my head against a brick wall. Anyone have any suggestions?
