Discovery + error code mysky_2306

I looked back on the posts since January 23 and I've noe got the same problem Sky says I've got a free subscription to Discovery plus I go through my sky q and follow the prompts then it says confirm my free subscription next step it says oops something went wrong and gave me error code MySky_2306 then exit and try later. Several goes later still nothing

I am having this problem. Tried resetting the apps and still the same. Is there a solution??
