Discovery+ app

I had tnt sports package with bt but now switched to Sky but I can't access live sports via the discovery + app or TNT app

Hi @Owster71 

Have you subscribed to the Discovery-plus App on Q and activated it and used it recently?

The Discovery App does periodically ask you to sign in.

Thanks but when I go into the discovery + app it says add tnt sports to your sky package? I have tnt sports via sky as watched the football last night?

Have you used the Discovery plus App recently to watch non Sports content?

I only switched last week and tonight was the 1st time I tried the app

That's the issue then @Owster71 

You need to be already subscribed to Discovery plus with it correctly activated before you gain access to Discovery plus premium Sports.
