Discovery+ APP problems

Discovery + APP not working all other apps working anyone know anything this has been for 3 days now. Tried refreshing APPs switched box off, still nothing.

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Same problem. I can get into the home page of discovery+ via sky but if you try to stream/watch anything it wants you to upgrade and pay for a plan, despite the sky TV deal being that Discovery+ standard is free. It does not seem to recognise that we are sky tv customers so doesn't give us the free service. This is despite the fact that if you go to the My account/settings page at the bottom it clearly shows we are connecting via a sky set top box. All my other apps are working via sky so it does seem to be a discovery+ problem. It was working fine for the past year or so; it must be that something has been changed by discovery+. I have logged the problem with them so hope they can resolve this swiftly.

Discovery+ option does not appear on marketplace as an upgrade as I'm already subscribed!

I have the same problem for months now.  Spoke to both Discovery and Sky.  Discovery say it is a Sky problem but Sky have so far been unable to fix it.  They are also terrible at keeping you updated.

 

I never get call backs like they promise and had to raise a complaint to get them to start looking into it.

 

Did you get any joy with Discovery?
