Disabling WiFi on skyQ remote

We cannot have WiFi in our home because our son has Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity. We have been told we can turn WiFi off on a SkyQ box and use an ethernet cable. We would also need to change the SkyQ remote to infrared instead of WiFi. Does anyone know how to do this?

Hi @TB1555   The Sky Q Remote uses Bluetooth, not WiFi. To switch off Bluetooth, hold down the 4 & 6 keys on the remote until the LED flashes 4 times.

Hi @TB1555   By turning off Bluetooth (not WiFi), the remote will only work by IR. To be clear, the Sky Q remote does not support WiFi.
