Different price offer

Hello!

When I talked to the help desk last saturday I got offered a cheaper price to add Sky cinema to my package.

However I did need to have a think about that if it was something that was actually I wanted.

Gave it some days and I was going to add it to my package however it doesn't show for the price the person on the chat told me.

Can someone explain to me why they give me a different price?

The same will apply when your discounts end and you contact Sky to negotiate a new one.

Significant discounts are harder to come by these days so if you’re offered something acceptable then be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer is unlikely to be available when you call back. Also remember you’re not a new customer so don’t expect anything close to a new customer deal.

Offers have to be accepted at the time otherwise, as you've found, they won't be available when you call back.

Re: Different price offer

Makes sense tbh.

Oh well that's a missed chance for me as I could have gotten sky cinema a lot cheaper but then again. It would've gone to it's orginal price at some time
