Deleting watched shows etc

Hi , after deleting shows / programmes I have to then permanently delete them again , is there a multiple delete anywhere ?? Thanks

You don't need to permanently delete them. Once you're getting short of free space the box will automatically delete programmes from the deleted folder deleting the oldest first.

Why do you think you have to go in and select the permanently delete option ?

 

The system does a very good job of re-using space & there is no need to use thie permanently dleete option.

 

Very few customers will even be aware that such an option is available &  most people don't use it

 

As there is no need, SKY have not provided any option to select multiple programmes to delete permanently

I honestly didn't know that the box automatically deletes the deleted shows after a while ....
